Minimum clear-space

For ease of use, the minimum surrounding space has been based on the letter “R” which appears in the logo strapline.

A minimum of two times the height of this letter “R”, in space free of any other graphic element or device, must appear around the NCR logo at all times.

This clear-space is the absolute minimum distance which must exist between the logo and any other elements, be it the edge of the page or another shape, text, logo, etc. This is set in order for the NCR logo to maintain clarity, visibility and a strong visual position in all applications.

The proportion of minimum space is always in constant relation to the size of the logo, and will give the logo enough space to be aesthetically pleasing. Refer to the example for guidance.
