The letter “R” has been selected as the measure for determining the maximum size of the logo for inclusion on a pubication cover and this should be observed at all times

DL, A5 and smaller-sized publications
The maximum logo size recommended for application on DL and similar sized publications is 60mm in width. The maximum on an A5 should be no more than 85mm in width.

A4 and medium or letter-sized publications
The maximum size recommended for application of the logo on medium/letter-sized publications like A4 is 125mm in width.

Large sized publications
The maximum size recommended for application of the NCR logo on large-sized publications is to scale the logo in proportion, and to use the same clearspace “R” as is shown for the smaller publications above.

Please note:
These sizes are are not prescriptive as to the ideal size for the logo to be reproduced, and are merely intended to show the upper limit of permissible size. A smaller logo may be more suitable and those shown here are indicated as maximum sizes only.
