The following Credit Bureaus’ registration has lapsed in terms of Section 52(4)(b) of the National Credit Amendment Act. The effect of a lapsed registration is that the entity can no longer conduct the business of a credit bureau and should not offer or conduct business as a credit bureau, or hold themselves out to the public as being authorised to offer any service customarily offered by a credit bureau.
