Payment Distribution Agencies

Debt counsellors are prohibited from collecting and distributing payments to credit providers once the consumers’ debts have been restructured. The NCR has accredited Payment Distribution Agencies who are responsible for collecting repayments from consumers and distributing this in line with the restructured agreements to credit providers.
